3. Account and Agreement

  • The agreement is formed when a member accepts the Terms and required privacy processing and completes registration or social sign-in.
  • Members must enter child information they manage with legitimate caregiver authority and must not register another person's data without permission.
  • Google or Apple sign-in is also subject to each provider's authentication policies.
  • Members joining a household with an invite code may share the same child data with the inviting caregiver.

4. Service Features

  • Record-based AI summaries/chat and report assistance.
  • Co-caregiver invitations, household/child profile management, and device sync.
  • Widgets, Android notifications, iOS Live Activity/Dynamic Island, and other system surfaces.
  • Advertising or personalized notices. Some chat, community, premium, or IAP features may be locked or released in stages.

5. AI and Health Notice

  • AI features provide reference summaries and explanations based on entered childcare records and questions.
  • bebeflow does not replace medical institutions, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, or emergency services, and does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, medication instructions, emergency judgment, or final health decisions.
  • For fever, abnormal breathing, dehydration, reduced consciousness, allergic reactions, or any urgent or medical concern, contact a medical professional or emergency service immediately.
  • Members must use AI answers, statistics, notifications, and recommendations only as reference information; responsibility for actual care, doctor visits, emergency calls, medication, treatment, and related decisions remains with the member.
  • Input errors, omissions, delays, device time zone, notification permissions, or network status may cause summaries, statistics, and notifications to differ from reality.

6. Member Duties and Prohibited Conduct

  • Members must provide accurate account and child information under their authority and keep it up to date.
  • Members must not use another person's account, household, child data, or invite code without permission.
  • The service may not be used for illegal acts, rights infringement, false information, system interference, excessive automated requests, reverse engineering, or security bypass.
  • If community features become available, defamatory, hateful, illegal, privacy-exposing, or spam content is prohibited.

7. Notifications, Ads, and Paid Features

  • Members can enable or disable general notifications, next-activity reminders, and live recording notifications in app and OS settings.
  • If ads are shown, advertising identifiers and consent status are processed under the Privacy Policy.
  • If paid features or IAP are provided, pricing, payment, and refunds follow App Store or Google Play policies and separate notices.
  • Locked features are not guaranteed to be purchasable or available merely because they are displayed.

8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination

  • Geumseong Lab may change or suspend parts of the service for operations, security, legal compliance, platform policy, or feature improvement.
  • The service may be temporarily limited by maintenance, failures, external services, disasters, platform review, or policy changes.
  • Members may request account deletion or stop using the service at any time.
  • Use may be restricted for serious Terms violations or illegal use.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Geumseong Lab will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service, but does not guarantee all losses caused by user input errors, device/network conditions, external platform failures, or OS permissions.
  • The final responsibility for using childcare records, statistics, notifications, AI answers, or recommendations for actual care or medical decisions rests with the member.
  • The service is a tool for childcare record management and reference information and does not guarantee outcomes for a child's health, illness, medication, or emergency situation.
  • Liability that cannot be limited by applicable law remains governed by that law.

10. Changes and Governing Law

  • If these Terms change, the effective date, reason, and major changes will be posted on the public web page and in-app legal screen.
  • General changes are normally announced 7 days before they take effect; materially adverse or important changes are normally announced 30 days before.
  • If prior notice is impractical due to law, security, platform policy, or urgent operations, notice will be provided as soon as possible afterward.
  • These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law, e-commerce consumer-protection standards, unfair-terms rules, and general commercial practices.
  • Service disputes may be handled through support, legally available dispute-resolution procedures, or competent courts.
