1. Purpose and Scope
These Terms govern the use of the bebeflow mobile apps, service server, notifications, widgets, Live Activity, record-based AI summaries/chat, and related services provided by Geumseong Lab.

- These Terms apply to the app, server, account integrations, notifications, advertising, and future add-on features.
2. Definitions
Service
- All bebeflow features that store and sync childcare records such as feeding, sleep, diapers, medication, temperature, solid food, and notes, and provide home summaries, timelines, statistics, reports, AI summaries/chat, and notifications.
Member
- A caregiver or invited co-caregiver who registers or signs in using email, Google, Apple, or another supported method.
Household/Child Data
- Households, child profiles, caregiver roles, childcare records, chat, statistics, notification settings, and consent status.
AI Features
- Features that generate summaries, interpretations, answers, or reference information from a member's questions and related records.
3. Account and Agreement
- The agreement is formed when a member accepts the Terms and required privacy processing and completes registration or social sign-in.
- Members must enter child information they manage with legitimate caregiver authority and must not register another person's data without permission.
- Google or Apple sign-in is also subject to each provider's authentication policies.
- Members joining a household with an invite code may share the same child data with the inviting caregiver.
4. Service Features
- Quick records, manual records, and starting, pausing, completing, or canceling ongoing records.
- Home summaries, daily timeline, statistics, reports, and next-activity notifications.
- Record-based AI summaries/chat and report assistance.
- Co-caregiver invitations, household/child profile management, and device sync.
- Widgets, Android notifications, iOS Live Activity/Dynamic Island, and other system surfaces.
- Advertising or personalized notices. Some chat, community, premium, or IAP features may be locked or released in stages.
5. AI and Health Notice
- AI features provide reference summaries and explanations based on entered childcare records and questions.
- bebeflow does not replace medical institutions, doctors, pharmacists, nurses, or emergency services, and does not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment, medication instructions, emergency judgment, or final health decisions.
- For fever, abnormal breathing, dehydration, reduced consciousness, allergic reactions, or any urgent or medical concern, contact a medical professional or emergency service immediately.
- Members must use AI answers, statistics, notifications, and recommendations only as reference information; responsibility for actual care, doctor visits, emergency calls, medication, treatment, and related decisions remains with the member.
- Input errors, omissions, delays, device time zone, notification permissions, or network status may cause summaries, statistics, and notifications to differ from reality.
6. Member Duties and Prohibited Conduct
- Members must provide accurate account and child information under their authority and keep it up to date.
- Members must not use another person's account, household, child data, or invite code without permission.
- The service may not be used for illegal acts, rights infringement, false information, system interference, excessive automated requests, reverse engineering, or security bypass.
- If community features become available, defamatory, hateful, illegal, privacy-exposing, or spam content is prohibited.
7. Notifications, Ads, and Paid Features
- Members can enable or disable general notifications, next-activity reminders, and live recording notifications in app and OS settings.
- If ads are shown, advertising identifiers and consent status are processed under the Privacy Policy.
- If paid features or IAP are provided, pricing, payment, and refunds follow App Store or Google Play policies and separate notices.
- Locked features are not guaranteed to be purchasable or available merely because they are displayed.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- Geumseong Lab may change or suspend parts of the service for operations, security, legal compliance, platform policy, or feature improvement.
- The service may be temporarily limited by maintenance, failures, external services, disasters, platform review, or policy changes.
- Members may request account deletion or stop using the service at any time.
- Use may be restricted for serious Terms violations or illegal use.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Geumseong Lab will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service, but does not guarantee all losses caused by user input errors, device/network conditions, external platform failures, or OS permissions.
- The final responsibility for using childcare records, statistics, notifications, AI answers, or recommendations for actual care or medical decisions rests with the member.
- The service is a tool for childcare record management and reference information and does not guarantee outcomes for a child's health, illness, medication, or emergency situation.
- Liability that cannot be limited by applicable law remains governed by that law.
10. Changes and Governing Law
- If these Terms change, the effective date, reason, and major changes will be posted on the public web page and in-app legal screen.
- General changes are normally announced 7 days before they take effect; materially adverse or important changes are normally announced 30 days before.
- If prior notice is impractical due to law, security, platform policy, or urgent operations, notice will be provided as soon as possible afterward.
- These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by applicable law, e-commerce consumer-protection standards, unfair-terms rules, and general commercial practices.
- Service disputes may be handled through support, legally available dispute-resolution procedures, or competent courts.
