How to request account deletion, service termination, and personal data deletion.

Deletion requests are handled as service termination.
Personal data without a legal retention duty is deleted within 1 month.
Shared household data may require review of other caregivers' rights.

How to Request Deletion

  • If you can sign in, use Settings > Data Management to start account deletion. After confirmation, account deletion and associated data erasure are completed immediately in that flow.
  • If you cannot access the app, send your registered email, deletion request, and identity-verification information to [email protected]. Web/email requests are processed within 1 month after verification unless legal retention applies.
  • If a caregiver or legal representative requests deletion of child information, additional authority verification may be required.

Data Deleted

  • Account information, session information, and social sign-in links
  • Household/child profiles, childcare records, statistics, reports, chat, and support inquiries
  • Notification device tokens, installation identifiers, advertising consent status, and app settings

Timing and Exceptions

  • When in-app account deletion succeeds, service use is terminated and account-associated data is erased in the same flow except for legally retained data.
  • Minimum information required by law, dispute response, or abuse prevention may be stored separately for the required period.
  • Shared household data is processed after reviewing scope so it does not conflict with other caregivers' rights.
